TJ4 Award 2022

The EAFA Committee would like to welcome you to select your top three nominees for the TJ4 Award 2022.

The TJ4 award is in memory of Tom Jordan, former England captain and EAFA Committee member. The nominees should be recognised as over-performing in their role for The England Amputee Football Association whether that be on or off the field as a player, staff member or wider EAFA volunteer. All nominees are expected to have shown an outstanding commitment to the charity throughout the 2022 season.

The outstanding candidate will be considered from any of the following charity's involvement: England programme, League programme, Junior programme and Charity operational programmes.
